How arbr works
Curated profiles
Public recommendations, collected and checked by arbr.
What the badge means
Curated by arbr
arbr maintains this profile, not the person featured. The badge does not mean they have joined arbr, approved the collection, or written its notes.
How recommendations are checked
Every published entry needs an original source and an independent review of the resource, summary, and endorsement.
- Original evidence
- Use “Original recommendation” on an entry to see the person's recommendation in context.
- Editorial notes and signals
- arbr writes the summaries and assigns Liked, Recommended, or Canon from the evidence. These are editorial judgments, not the person's own notes or ratings.
- Unverified entries stay private
- An entry stays out of the public library until its evidence can be verified.
